Al & Leslie Mundy

Managing Broker

Al and Leslie Mundy are licensed Real Estate Brokers working as a Team.  They are compassionate about providing competent and thorough Real Estate Services to both buyers and sellers.  Al’s knowledge of real estate and his enthusiastic can-do attitude, when coupled with Leslie’s caring nature and attention to detail, make Team Mundy ideal for recognizing every client’s individual needs and providing them with the Real Estate skill and care they deserve.

As a retired United States Air Force officer, Al brings a wealth of life experience to his real estate business.  During his 25 years of active duty, he was assigned to many locations across the country including the National Security Agency (NSA), the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), and a final assignment as a Professor of Electrical Engineering at the United States Air Force Academy.  As he changed assignments, Al learned about residential and rental real estate by buying, selling, and leasing, over ten properties across Texas, Nevada, South Carolina, New York, Maryland, and Colorado.

As a military spouse Leslie understands the difficulties of being uprooted and relocated every few years.  However, each new location offered new and unique challenges.  During those years, she was able to become a Red Cross Station Manager, started an antique business, and even ran a web-page design business. Those life experiences, along with raising two boys, have shaped who she has become and given her a unique perspective on the difficulties and challenges of moving.  Now she works alongside Al to help others navigate the often confusing and difficult times that go along with buying and selling real estate.

Al and Leslie are happy to call the Olympic Peninsula their home.  Outside of real estate, Al and Leslie are both involved in the community.  Al is a Parks and Recreation commissioner for Clallam County and also tutors high school math and science.  Leslie is a member of the local chapter of Sweet Adelines International and serves on various committees.  Both enjoy playing musical instruments - handbells, bagpipes, piano, guitar, banjo and more.  In their free time they love exploring the peninsula, walking on the beach, taking wildlife photos, crabbing, raising chickens, and learning how to garden.
